Facilities

  • Outside taps with recycled rainwater are provided for washing boots, outdoor clothing and bicycles.
  • First Aid Kits are located at the entrance to your accommodation
  • Bicycles can be stored in the drying room of the log house or in the designated stores for cottages 19 & 20
  • Drying rooms are available in the designated stores of the log houses, for cottages 19 & 20 please ask if you have items that require drying.

  • Basic provisions can be pre-ordered
  • We operate a box scheme for local produce
  • We are happy to take receipt of groceries from internet orders subject to arrangement and notice, possible suppliers include:

  • Pets
    • Well behaved pets are always welcome. However please help us by keeping pets on the ground floor in the property by using the stair gate provided.
    • Please also keep pets on a lead at all times when outside the property for the safety of your pet and with due regard to other guests.
    • If you would like some information on short walks please ask.
  • Key Return
    • Normally we will be available when you leave but if not please lock the property and place your keys in the mailbox available on each property.
  • Guest Book
    • Your comments are very important to us so please take some time to complete the guest book and any post visit questionnaire that we may send you.
    • We are always looking for ways to improve and make your stay more enjoyable.
  • Wildlife
    • Within and neighbouring Mill Meadow you will discover an extensive and varied cross section of native for a and fauna.
    • The landscaped areas within Mill Meadow are designated wildlife areas carefully managed to provide valuable habitat for common and protected species a like so we ask that you please respect these areas from a discreet distance and sit back and observe the beauty that nature offers.
